['Sitting in on' is a very nice way of saying 'watching the meeting out of spite in the hopes that it implodes,' but she's also still trying to hold onto some tenuous peace (or truce, at least) with Zange. One's still having difficulties adjusting to their fellow staticky dead, and so it takes her a moment to even conjure up a response, speaking slowly even though she's well aware by now that the rest of the room won't respond.]
